Troubleshooting worlds and email

Email verification code not received? Check your spam folder, confirm the address and use the resend control after the cooldown. The most recent code replaces older ones. Do not share your code or password.

World not available? The world may be provisioning, offline, restricted, at capacity or in maintenance. Choose another public world, or contact the relevant owner/support for a private world. A paid hosting order marked pending is not yet proof of a playable server.

Missing resources? Check the correct world and city, storage capacity, gathering site stock and current worker/ship missions. An action that requires a building level or research prerequisite will remain unavailable until those requirements are met.

Payment or payout question? Hosting invoices and possible in-world owner earnings are separate. The customer portal records provider-confirmed states; contact support if a status appears inconsistent.
