Reading the map and minimap

ORYANDA's world map is a strategic tool. Zoom in for buildings and city organization; zoom out to understand neighboring land, sea routes and larger world relationships. The minimap is useful for orientation and quickly shifting your viewpoint.

Switching 2D and 3D changes how the world is presented, not the underlying progress or ownership. Roads, walls, gates, units and ships should represent the same world state in each view.

When a unit will not move to a selected point, first check its terrain and mission restrictions. Ships require water-compatible routes, and walls or gates can block land movement.
