The ORYANDA name, website content, code, game systems, artwork, audio and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the operator or relevant licensors. Playing, receiving access or paying for optional hosting does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit protected content beyond applicable law and express permissions.
Players retain rights they lawfully hold in their own original contributions. By submitting a name, message, report or other permitted in-game contribution, you permit ORYANDA to process and display it as reasonably necessary to run, moderate and secure the service; this is not a sale of your content. Do not upload or copy material that infringes other people's rights.
Rights holders can report suspected infringement to support@oryanda.com with the material location and their claim details. We may remove or restrict disputed material, ask for verification or provide a way to contest a mistaken report subject to applicable law.
