1. Service and accounts. ORYANDA is an online strategy game. Create an account using a player name, email address and the authentication credentials required by the registration form. Use accurate details, safeguard your credentials and do not share verification codes. Access to a world depends on its availability, permissions and rules. A single account may enter multiple eligible worlds with independent game progress.
2. A license, not ownership. The game, its software, worlds, names, artwork and other protected materials belong to ORYANDA or its licensors. Players receive a personal, limited, revocable permission to use the service according to these Terms. A player does not buy or own a world, kingdom, game currency, virtual resource, unit, item, ranking or account by playing, paying for a service or gaining in-game progress. Where paid world-hosting is offered, it is a contractual service and does not transfer ownership of the platform or underlying world software.
3. Conduct. Fair competition and in-game warfare are permitted under game rules. Cheating, unauthorized bots, exploiting security faults, harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, illegal content, fraud and attempts to bypass access or security controls are prohibited. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
4. Enforcement and worlds. ORYANDA may investigate reports and warn, restrict, temporarily suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, security threats or legally required reasons. World administrators have only their permitted management privileges; the platform retains the final authority over access and safety. You can contact support@oryanda.com to contest a moderation decision. We will review appeals fairly, without guaranteeing reinstatement.
5. Changes and availability. Game rules, balance, features and online worlds may change. Maintenance, technical failures and security updates can interrupt access. We aim to give reasonable notice of material contractual changes where required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of game progress.
6. Purchases and consumer rights. Playing eligible free worlds requires no purchase. If an optional hosting subscription or other paid offering is available, the offer, price and billing terms must be displayed before purchase and the separate applicable policies also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy or statutory rights, including rights that cannot legally be waived.
