1. Scope and controller contact. This notice concerns the ORYANDA website, player accounts and hosted gameplay. For questions about the entity responsible for processing your information, contact support@oryanda.com. The website operator is responsible for the purposes described here.
2. Information. To register for gameplay we ask for a player name and email, plus authentication details necessary for secure account access (such as a password, stored as a secure hash rather than readable text). We also process email verification data, login sessions, approximate network information such as IP addresses, security and error logs, world selection, game activity, virtual inventories, achievements, reports and support messages when those features are used. Other players may see your in-game public name, rankings and visible actions, not your private login email by default.
3. Google Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the experience. Depending on configuration and consent choices, Google may receive browser/device, page-view and similar usage information and may set analytics cookies. We do not display advertisements in ORYANDA at this time. Analytics is not a promise of anonymity; consult the Cookie Policy for details and contact us with privacy questions.
4. Purposes and legal grounds. We use data to create and secure accounts, verify email, run worlds and game rules, prevent abuse, deliver support, maintain reliability, administer any purchased service, fulfill legal obligations and measure website performance. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests assessed against user rights, or rely on consent where required. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting processing already lawful.
5. Sharing and transfers. Authorized infrastructure, email delivery, web-security, analytics and payment providers (only if payments are used) may receive information needed for their services. Google Analytics is one such provider. Services and support may involve processing outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data to advertisers and currently do not display advertising.
6. Retention and deletion. We keep account, gameplay, security, support and transaction records only as necessary for their purposes, legitimate security and dispute handling, and mandatory legal retention. Timing varies with the data and relevant law. Backups may be removed on their rotation schedule. Deleting a kingdom is not the same as deleting the global account, and certain world events involving others may need to remain. Request an account or data review through support@oryanda.com.
7. Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, confirmation, deletion, portability where applicable, and information about sharing and legal grounds; you may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. We may need to verify the requester before disclosing or changing account data. Brazilian LGPD rights and other mandatory data protection rights are respected.
8. Minors and security. Users who require parent or guardian authorization under applicable law must have it. Do not provide sensitive information in public gameplay or support tickets. We employ reasonable safeguards but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice when practices materially change.
