Players do not acquire property rights in ORYANDA worlds, kingdoms or virtual resources. Hosting a community world, if offered, provides only the contracted management service; the hosting fee is paid to ORYANDA and is not earnings payable to the world administrator.
Any program allowing eligible world administrators to receive a share of verified in-world proceeds is separate, optional and available only after explicit activation, accepted program terms, identity and payment-provider verification, and compliance checks. No eligible person has a guaranteed revenue amount, minimum payout or ownership of the underlying world.
Refunds, disputes, taxes, provider fees and reversals can affect any amount under an approved program. Until an individual has completed the program's approved enrollment, no earnings or payouts are owed merely because the world exists or has players.
