ORYANDA retains player account and verification records while needed to provide and secure access; in-world progress and transactions while needed to operate world integrity; support, reports and security logs as reasonably necessary to resolve incidents; and payment records only where relevant to an actual purchase, accounting or legal duty. Retention length varies by record and purpose: no universal fixed period is promised.
Deleting an individual kingdom does not automatically delete the global ORYANDA account, historical interactions involving other players, legally required records or backups. Backups and vendor data may follow separate secure rotation and deletion processes.
To request access, correction, account deletion or a detailed review of retention, contact support@oryanda.com using your account email and do not send passwords or codes. We verify identity and honor applicable rights and necessary exemptions. Information that must legally be retained can remain until those obligations expire.
