Players can report abusive behavior, unsafe content, cheating and suspicious activity to support@oryanda.com. Include the relevant world, approximate time and a clear explanation; do not attach another person's passwords or confidential records.
Authorized world administrators may manage eligible world features within their permissions. ORYANDA has ultimate platform authority to enforce the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, including warnings, content restrictions, temporary suspensions or account termination. Serious security or legal concerns may require immediate protective action.
We consider the context, seriousness, available evidence and repeat behavior, and may preserve relevant records for safety or legal reasons. Players may request review of a decision at support@oryanda.com. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or publish private investigations.
