Reporting bugs, rewards and Hall of Honor

ORYANDA has an account-based bug reporting area. Sign in and open the Community QA page. Provide a clear title, problem description, reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, and select the most suitable category and severity. You may attach one supported screenshot. Never include passwords, one-time login codes, other players’ private details or security exploit instructions in a public report.

Your suggested severity is not a guaranteed award. ORYANDA reviewers investigate and decide whether a report is confirmed, duplicate, unrepeatable or not a bug. An eligible confirmed issue may receive account-level reputation and an in-game resource reward according to the approved reward rules. Reports do not automatically create rewards, and no fixed award is guaranteed.

Approved resource awards appear in your account’s rewards wallet. Choose an eligible active kingdom/city when claiming: the full award is credited only if the receiving warehouse can hold all the resources. If storage is full, the claim is not consumed; free capacity and try again. Each award can be claimed only once. Reputation can contribute to Hall of Honor rankings; the display name is public or anonymous according to the profile visibility setting. Your report history and reward wallet follow your ORYANDA account across eligible worlds.
